These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Road to Raceday website, membership features, programme registrations, training sessions, events and related services.
By accessing this website, creating an account, registering for a programme or participating in a Road to Raceday activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or register for our programmes.
1. About Road to Raceday
Road to Raceday is a fitness and community platform that provides information, programmes, training sessions, events, coaching-related activities and other participant experiences.
Road to Raceday is an independently organised fitness and community programme for individuals who participate in, or are preparing for, HYROX events. Road to Raceday is not an official HYROX community, club, training programme or event, and is not operated, endorsed, sponsored by or affiliated with HYROX or its owners, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any reference to HYROX on this website is made solely to describe the events, training objectives or interests of participating individuals. HYROX and its associated trademarks, names and logos are the property of their respective owners. No ownership of, or association with, the HYROX brand is claimed or implied.

5. Paid programmes and payments
Certain Road to Raceday programmes or events may require payment.
Prices displayed on the website are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By making a payment, you agree to any applicable terms imposed by the payment provider.
Road to Raceday does not store full payment-card information unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to change programme pricing for future registrations. Changes will not ordinarily affect registrations that have already been paid for and confirmed.
6. Cancellations, transfers and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the programme or event.
Where programme-specific cancellation terms are provided during registration, those terms will apply.
Unless otherwise stated:

registrations may not be transferable without our approval;
-
failure to attend a confirmed session may result in forfeiture of the booking;
-
refunds are not guaranteed for participant-initiated cancellations; and
-
programme fees already committed to venues, coaches or other service providers may be non-refundable.

If Road to Raceday cancels a paid session entirely and no suitable replacement is offered, we may provide a refund, credit or alternative session where appropriate.
For outdoor activities, sessions may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
PARTICIPATION & SAFETY
7. Fitness and health responsibilities
Road to Raceday programmes may involve strenuous physical activity.
By registering for or participating in an activity, you confirm that you are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of taking part.
You should consider your own:

health;

physical condition;
-
fitness level;
-
injuries;
-
medical conditions; and
-
personal limitations
before participating.
If you are uncertain whether an activity is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Road to Raceday does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
Information provided by coaches, trainers, contributors or through the website should not be treated as medical advice.
8. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise and sporting activities carry inherent risks.
These may include, among other things:

falls;

collisions;
-
muscular injuries;
-
joint injuries;
-
dehydration;
-
heat-related illness;
-
cardiovascular stress;

accidents involving equipment; and
-
other injuries associated with physical activity.

By voluntarily participating in a Road to Raceday activity, you acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with the activity.
Participants must exercise reasonable judgment and stop exercising if they feel unwell, experience unusual pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty or other concerning symptoms.
9. Safety instructions
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by coaches, venue operators and Road to Raceday representatives.
We may ask a participant to modify or stop an activity if we reasonably believe that:

continuing could create a safety risk;

the participant is behaving dangerously;
-
the participant is disrupting the activity; or
-
the participant is not following instructions.
Our priority in such situations is the safety of the participant and the wider group.
10. Personal belongings
Participants are responsible for their own property when attending Road to Raceday activities.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Participants should avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to training sessions or events.
PROGRAMMES, COACHES & PARTNERS
11. Coaches and programme providers
Road to Raceday may work with independent coaches, gyms, fitness studios, venues, specialists, sponsors and other partners.
Different programmes may therefore be delivered by different service providers.
While we aim to work with reputable partners, certain activities may also be subject to the terms, safety procedures and policies of those third-party providers.
Participation in a third-party activity may require acceptance of additional terms or waivers.
12. Programme changes
We may occasionally need to change:

coaches;
-
venues;
-
schedules;
-
programme formats;
-
equipment;
-
programme capacity; or
-
activity content.

We will try to communicate material changes to registered participants as early as reasonably possible.
Such changes do not automatically create an entitlement to compensation or a refund unless otherwise required by law or stated in the programme's specific terms.
13. Conduct and community standards
You may withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data by contacting us.
Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services, registrations, membership access or programme participation where the relevant information is necessary for those purposes.

However, programme schedules, coaches, venues, availability and other information may change.
We do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Where there is a discrepancy between general website information and specific registration information provided for an event, the specific registration information will normally take precedence.
15. Training and educational content
Tips, articles, videos, training guidance, workout information and similar materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Individual fitness responses vary.
The results achieved by one participant may not be the same as those achieved by another.
We do not guarantee any particular:

performance improvement;

weight change;

health outcome; or

competition result.
16. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, content published on the Road to Raceday website, including:

belongs to Road to Raceday or is used with permission from its respective owner.
You may use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
